The birth place of all Morgans, the chassis shop. Here the engine, transmission and the suspension are assembled for mainly outside suppliers. The uniquely Morgan front suspension, however, is still, as far as I know, made in-house. The build process takes up to a week to complete before the rolling chassis is man handled to the body shop.
The Aero cars have a some what different design of chassis, with bonded as opposed to welded joins. The shoehorned engine is from BMW. With most of the rest of the car being made of wood or aluminium, this rather ugly looking duckling can leave most othe cars on the road eating it's dust.
Wheeling between shop involves a short trip outside. It has always been so.
